This is a cute claw machine place in downtown Oakville and the person working there was so nice and friendly. There’s lots of different kinds of plushies and we were told they rotate the selection too. They have various snacks options you can purchase as well.

Some of the negative reviews claim the games here are rigged. Absolute nonsense. My 4-year-old walked out of there like a tiny, triumphant arcade queen with an armful of stuffies (photo proof attached because otherwise you’d think I was making this up). Now, sure, she won most of them all by herself like a pint-sized claw machine prodigy. But the first time she played, the lovely staff member working there kindly repositioned the stuffy my daughter had her heart set on so it was easier to grab. I was silently thanking her as having just arrived and being my first time, I feared potential disappointment my daughter would feel if she wasn’t able to snag a stuffy. Anyway, long story short: the games aren’t fixed. Unless you count being fixed in favor of adorable children who know what they want and have surprisingly good hand-eye coordination.

Family owned and operated, great management! They were kind, personable and all around lovely people! My kids got so much loot from the machines and I got awesome snacks and drinks as I watched them play. I also got a surprise box for my boss's Xmas gift. They also do bday parties for kids. Check them out in Oakville!!

The place was just the right size. What makes this place stand out are the aesthetics, the staff, and the cute prizes to be won. As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcomed. We were offered hot chocolates, a small cute shopping cart, and assistance to get the prizes we actually want. Well worth the price. Will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend

Been coming here since they opened with my girlfriend to experience the viral claw games!! We've never had a negative experience with the machines and it's a great place for a date night, to bring your kids, or to host a birthday. They also offer rare confectionary products like chips, candies, drinks! Great addition to DT Oakville.
