Dr Gold and her team were all superb. My 6 month cleaning and check-up were a pleasure. Everyone made my visit so pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Gold and Cloverdale Dental.

Dr Gold was a bit of a butcher. She seemed to have hit a nerve when injecting me with the numbing needle. This made me jump out of the seat and squeal. I said STOPPPP and tried pushing her hand away but she resisted against my efforts to push and continued with the injection. It was momentary but it would be enough to make a person never want to return to a dentist. I've only gone to Cloverdale my whole life. My parents, my siblings, and now my child have all always come to the same dentist practice and I have never been treated so roughly before. Disappointed to say the least. At the end I told her, when I say stop, you stop. There’s nothing wrong with taking a pause and allowing the patient to acclimatize to the shock before proceeding. 2 stars are on the strength of the friendly supporting staff.

Love this Dental office! Appointments are right on time and Rachel and Dr. Cohen are the best. I've moved almost 2 hrs away but won't consider going anywhere else.

I had a cleaning appointment on February 14 and was disappointed with the experience. I told the dentist my teeth were very sensitive and asked her not to go too deep toward the roots because it was painful. She seemed irritated after that and rushed through the rest of the cleaning.even singing over my head. She suggested getting an injection next time and mentioned I wouldn’t have to pay, but my concern was never about money — it was about my comfort and health. I didn’t feel heard or treated with care during this visit.

Loved the cute cat channel in the waiting room TV 😻 New location looks really luxurious! I was a patient when they were at their other location too! I love that they text reminders. I had to cancel appointment when I was sick, they put me on wait list for new appointment and would text me when new appointments came up which is more convenient than voice messages/calling. Have had a great experience with many hygienist. Dentists are great too.
