Talk about customer service! These guys are super friendly and happy to help you find those singles that are missing from your collection. I had a nice long chat with Rui about the singles I needed as well as what to grab for fun. Ended up getting a lot of singles crossed off my list today. The location is great since it's right off the main roads and it has covered parking spots to shelter you from rain and snow. I'm going to check out the tournament days and come back again!

Placed a couple orders for Pokemon singles online and picked up in store (15+ cards, NM). Unfortunately around 1/4 - 1/3 of the cards had some kind of defect to them, whether it was multiple scratches seen under certain lighting, or chaffing on the sides of the cards, or bad print lines. Some of these could not have been screened beforehand since they were promo cards still in their plastics. (see attached pictures) All cards were in their own penny sleeves when picking up, not sure how the quality of the packaging is when the order is shipped. Friendly and helpful staff and they let me exchange most of the cards I had issues with for another copy of the same card provided they had another copy. For the other cards where there is no extra copy to swap with, it seems like they will accept a return for store credit which I haven't opted to do yet. So far great customer service when going in person, just unfortunate on some of the card's quality.

Dishonesty at it's greatest. They will buy your XY and other cards over a decade old at EBay lowest listed, and sell them with Collectr prices. If you aren't entirely aware, for example, the Phantom Forces Gengar EX Fullart on their website is 800 moderately played. It is 300 moderately played on TCGPlayer, and their employees' best reaction is "buy from there, not here, I guess." I can forgive using Collectr to price damaged cards, as it is a rookie mistake being committed by many, but buying at the lowest number you can scrounge around to find has left a horrible taste in my mouth. The employees are nice and polite, however, one simply seems like they hate their job, and it feels more like a cash grab than a warm LCS. Please come here for Near Mint cards, and do not touch their damaged. At all. They will finesse you.

Great online experience with them. My order came just under the $200 threshold for free shipping, I paid it regard because it was limit stock. Emailed them if they could refund me the shipping cost and they promptly replied and processed the refund! Much appreciated, Comfy Hobbies Team!

Lovely LGS! Clean good looking shop with a STRONG emphasis on Pokémon TCG lol, seems perfectly tailored for that community especially. Nice calm and surprisingly quiet environment, the staff and players were all very friendly and helpful. Lots of product available most so for Pokémon, even Japan exclusive items and plushies etc too! I came for the Gundam Card Game booster launch on Friday July 25th (sorry forgot to write before), and had a kickass time!!! Awesome environment and atmosphere. I also go some sick pulls!!! Thanks for having me I'll be back again for the next event!
