This was our first time doing an escape room and Confundrum made it an amazing experience. Our Game Master explained everything thoroughly so we felt well prepared, the room was both fun and challenging, and the props were realistic and engaging – we'll definitely be coming back again!

Great team building experience. The room was challenging but also confusing with some writing on objects that was not part of the game. We had the De'Vinchi room which was supposed to be the easiest but clearly we had difficulty. It was fun though. I would consider another room next time because that 1hr goes fast. The reception guide was informative and organized.

Shane was the absolute BEST game master I’ve ever experienced. It’s always amazing when the workers can submerse themselves in the storyline, and engage with the players in such a profound way! As a group of 8, we were all so filled with nerves to complete the New Haven Orphanage, Shane definitely played such a crucial role in our experience!! Would definitely recommend this place to a friend! We even took a pic with Shane before leaving! Such an amazing experience, thank you to all those at Confundrum who made this such a memorable moment🙂

I brought my 13-year-old and his friends to do The Orphanage escape room with the live actor, and it was next-level brilliant. Equal parts thrilling, immersive, and perfectly pitched for a group of 12–13-year-olds who wanted something genuinely exciting (and yes, a little scary). A huge special shout-out to Julien, who is an absolute star. He somehow managed to be a fantastic administrator, salesperson, host, and actor all in one. Professional, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does, he made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. The whole team went out of their way to make sure both I and our party of six kids had an absolute blast. They were patient, enthusiastic, and incredibly thoughtful about making the experience memorable and age-appropriate while still feeling epic. If you’re looking for a unique, high-energy experience for teens (or adults), this place delivers in spades. We’re still talking about it days later. Can’t recommend Confundrum Escape Room enough.

Back for our 3rd time, always a lot of fun. We did the Witches room this time; it was a great room, great theme and interesting puzzles, however we did find a little simple and short (escaped with 24 mins to spare, group of 4). So this room is much more family friendly and our son (10) enjoyed it.
