  I needed to replace my lingual retainer, so I went in for a quote. The doctor gave me a price but told me I first needed to get a cleaning. During the cleaning, the doctor asked if I wanted to add a "gum" that would help keep my teeth clean for a longer time. However, when I received the invoice, it showed fluoride — something I was specifically trying to avoid due to my thyroid issues. The cleaning itself was rough and painful. Although I do have some cavities, I noticed afterward that two of my molars were more exposed, and since then, food gets stuck in them — which wasn’t happening before. This makes me feel that something may have been uncovered or changed during the procedure. At the next appointment, when it was time to remove the retainer, the doctor told me to review the price before starting. I assumed he was referring to possible extra charges, but it turned out that the price he originally gave me was per tooth.Making this 5-6 times more expensive. I understand that he may charge according to regulations, but it would have been much better if the quotation had been clearly explained from the beginning.

  The office environment is very nice and clean. The staff are welcoming and polite, and scheduling appointments is smooth. Dr. Reza Sartipi is friendly and takes the time to explain things clearly. 👍

  I feel very fortunate to have found a dentist within walking distance, and even more fortunate that it turned out to be one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. The last dentist I visited was probably the worst I’ve ever had, which kept me from going back or finding a new dentist for a long time. To follow that up with such a positive and calming experience was a huge relief. From the very first emails and phone calls, I found the team friendly and communicative. The office itself is also beautifully decorated—someone with great attention to detail has clearly put this practice together. As someone who tends to get nervous at the dentist (even though I usually only go for cleanings and scaling), I really appreciated the thoughtful details here. There’s a screen on the ceiling with calming landscapes, and the music is soothing and relaxed instead of the loud, upbeat kind that some places use to “pretend” you’re having fun when you’re really not. That choice alone went a long way in making me feel comfortable. I also appreciated that the hygienist didn’t try to have a conversation while working in my mouth, which is something I’ve always found stressful at other clinics. She was very patient, communicative, and thorough without rushing. It’s still the dentist, so not exactly a fun outing, but under the circumstances, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. I left feeling relieved and much more at ease about keeping up with regular visits.

  The best dentist I’ve seen in my entire life. Patient comfort is very important to Dr. Sartipi. I’m resistant to local anesthesia, but I’ve had three root canals with him and didn’t feel even the slightest pain. He is extremely respectful and kind, and most importantly, highly knowledgeable. My family and I are very happy to have Dr. Sartipi as our dentist. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.
