Offering testing, assessments, supporting growth programs for young people, autism services, as well as counselling and psychotherapy in a warm personable space. About 5 years ago, our now intermediate-grade child had a Psychological Assessment done (at a facility other than Core Centre). There was a need to acquire more recent data for educational programming purposes. Unsatisfied with our first experience, we sought another Psychologist. Stars aligned and we discovered Dr. Ewa! Our experience with Dr. Ewa was simply AMAZING! At our first meeting, she attentively listened to our concerns, clearly outlined the psychological assessment process, and addressed our many questions. We left her office assured our child was in good hands. While waiting for our assessment, we received the Core Centre's communication bulletin ...Wow! We were very impressed by the incredible team Dr. Ewa has built and the innovative programs offered. Our child eagerly anticipated the experience of being assessed by Dr. Ewa. This assessment was administered on two days. In interacting with our child, this fantastic psychologust was most flexible, kind, responsive, and professional. Our 30 minute online feedback session was also very productive. We were given an overview of our child's performance on the assessment, strengths and needs, and next steps. We expressed our sincere gratitude to Dr. Ewa as we could not have asked for more. In summary, and from our experience, it is very evident that Dr. Ewa cares deeply about serving children and families.
