  I just discovered this lovely cafe with unbelievable selection of amazing desserts. As you walk in the fragrance of home baked cakes makes the atmosphere all the more inviting. And for those of you who do not have a sweet tooth, there is a great selection of savoury dishes, too. It is clean, well lit and you can sit inside or outside. I was served by Shirin and you can hardly find a more pleasant and professional hostess. I will come back, perhaps even with a group for a special celebration. 🎉

  Loved my visit to D Spot Mississauga! The colourful decor set such a fun vibe, and the customer service was excellent. We had wings with fries, nachos with chicken, and a crepe with strawberries and bananas. Everything was so delicious I honestly can’t pick a favourite. Highly recommend!

  Had dinner and dessert with the family at this DSpot location and thoroughly enjoyed the food and service! The menu is extensive and has an amazing selection of both sweet and savory options. Great seating and ambiance! Would recommend the Blue Lagoon drink, Crispy Chicken sandwich, and Undercover Nut!

  I’ve visited this D Spot location countless times since it opened, and it’s always been a welcoming experience but only when the manager is present. Lately, though, I’ve noticed that the customer service drops significantly whenever the manager isn’t around. During my visit today, I ordered a Classic Hot Chocolate and a Perfect Pair Cookie, as shown on the menu(1st photo). When I received the bill, I noticed we were overcharged. When I asked the staff about it, the employee explained that the menu we were given was the new one, but the new prices haven’t been activated yet. If that’s the case, then customers shouldn’t be provided with the new menu until those prices are live as it just causes confusion(2nd photo) When I pointed this out and showed her the menu prices, she called the manager, who then instructed her to give us a discount. The new check, after the discount, was finally correct but this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place(3rd photo) The ambience is great and the food is always good, but unfortunately, poor customer service ruins the overall experience. I really hope management looks into this, because this location used to be one of my favorites.

  This place is amazing!!! Me and my friends came to check this beautiful spot out and it was incredible!!! The interior of this cafe is straight from my childhood dreams! The colours, decorations, and lights inside just radiate happiness!!! The staff is amazing too!!! Very kind, patient and positive approach! This lovely gentleman made sure that everything tasted good and we were happy with the sweets we got. Throughout our experience he came back to check on us and offer us some other delicious treats. Everything was absolutely up to my expectations and even better. The presentation is great too!!! Will be back for sure. 10/10 would recommend!!!
