  Since I arrived in Canada, Dairy Queen has quickly become my favorite place for ice cream. Their ice creams are absolutely delicious, and I especially love their sundaes, shakes, and Blizzards — every flavor is a treat! Every time I return from school, I make it a point to stop by and enjoy something sweet before heading home. What makes the experience even better is the amazing staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home. The shop itself is clean and cozy, perfect for enjoying a treat alone or with friends. If you’re looking for a place to satisfy your sweet cravings, I highly recommend Dairy Queen — it’s more than just ice cream; it’s a little moment of happiness in every bite!

  I went to this Dairy Queen on November 27 2025 at 4 PM in my construction clothes after work and as a man just trying to grab some food I apparently became the evenings entertainment because when my order was finally ready the girl in the kitchen laughed at me and signaled to her coworker like a hardworking guy walking in after a shift was the funniest thing she had ever seen truly top tier professionalism To the owner or manager you can check the cameras from that time and even check my order details because the name on my receipt was Jass meen so finding it should not be hard from my point of view the staff seemed more focused on mocking customers than doing their jobs If this is the standard here then congratulations because this location has managed to turn a simple food stop into a full circus act I will not be returning and I will gladly tell others to avoid this place until basic respect finally becomes part of the menu

  This was one of my worst experiences at Dairy Queen. I am writing this review a bit late because I was busy at the time, but I still feel it’s important to share my experience. The ice cream quality was very poor, and the staff attitude made it worse. The employees working at the time were careless, rude, and showed no interest in helping customers. One of the staff members (the shorter girl) seemed completely uninterested in her work and did not pay attention.

  Sweet Nostalgia at DQ Streetsville—Open Until 3AM! ICE CREAM & TREATS: I still crave DQ from time to time—it brings back comforting childhood memories. The Blizzards are thick and creamy, just how I remember them, and they don’t skimp on the mix-ins. The dipped cones? Still a classic favorite. Whether it’s a sundae or a Blizzard, the taste is always satisfying. SERVICE: The service is fast, but honestly, a bit mechanical. Probably because of the non-stop flow of customers. The server didn’t really have time to smile or engage, which was a bit of a letdown. A touch of friendliness could make a difference. AMBIANCE: The place is clean and well-lit, but when groups of customers stay to chat or banter loudly, the noise really bounces off the walls. It can get a bit overwhelming. I actually checked the sound levels on my iPhone—they were pretty high. Some acoustic treatment could help make the space more comfortable for everyone. HISTORY: It’s nice to know about the history of DQ, which is posted on their wall. PARKING: Located on a corner, this DQ has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. But past midnight, it can get packed, so expect a bit of a wait for a spot.
