My husband and I have been taking bachata lessons from Viara for about three months and it is so fun! In that short amount of time, she's taken us from zero to loads of steps and routines under our belt. She is both serious about our doing well, while also bringing humour and fun to every class. She's really good at breaking down what we have to do into manageable pieces and walking us through it until we've got it. She is also an excellent and knowledgeable dancer with beautiful technique.

The classes are dynamic, engaging, and thoughtfully structured, and the dance combinations are not only beautiful but also pleasantly challenging. Viara is a great dancer and a talented teacher. She has a true gift for introducing new steps in a creative, memorable way. I especially love how she occasionally uses props to demonstrate certain movements — it makes everything click instantly and makes the steps easy to remember. We are very grateful we chose Dance Fire Studio to help us with our first dance for our wedding.
