Our hygienist was so wonderful with our four year old, he was so funny and patient and fast! He made it a lovely experience for her. The receptionist checked on us, and gave our daughter tons of fun things to take home after. She wanted to play “dentist” all day! Thank you :)

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent visit. I had an issue with movement in my implant crown and booked an appointment specifically for this concern. At the time of booking, I was told that the clinic performs implant work and that if I had any issue with my previous implant (done in Pakistan), I could come in for assessment. However, when I arrived today, I was informed that the clinic is not eligible to work on my implant teeth. This was very frustrating, as my time was wasted and my dental pain was not even examined. I kindly request clarification on why I was given incorrect information at the time of booking and why my issue was not assessed during the appointment. I hope the clinic can improve communication so that other patients do not face the same experience. The CDCP fully covered my X-ray and checkup at Etobicoke Silverhill Dental Clinic two days ago, but Dawson Dental charged both CDCP and me. They told me I must pay $100 while CDCP covers the rest. This is unfair and inconsistent with my experience at other clinics.
