    My grandson is 2 1/2 years old and the staff are fantastic, making amazing strides with my little guy. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and truly love the children As an added note, i looked at some of the other reviews by J and discovered all her reviews are negative.

    I recently reached out to the Daybreak Centre over Facebook Messenger, and the person who responded was very kind and informative. I stopped by today to drop off some donations (winter clothing, food, games, etc.). When I called to ask which door to use, the woman who answered simply said “main door” in a rather unfriendly, dismissive tone. When I arrived, I greeted her with, “Hello! I was just on the phone with you—” but before I could finish, she cut me off with “yeah, you can lay them over there,” and immediately turned her back to me. There was no greeting, no thank you, nothing. I’ll continue to donate and support the children in need here regardless of the staff’s attitude, but I have to admit I felt quite unwelcome and dismissed. I truly hope the children are treated with more warmth and kindness than I was today.

    Both of my kids went to Day break, and they were so happy there! From the very first day, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone is incredibly caring, patient, and treats the children like family. It’s clear they truly love what they do. The programs are amazing — full of fun, creativity, and learning. My kids came home every day excited to share what they’d done, whether it was songs, or outdoor play. The food is also fantastic — healthy, fresh, and made with care. I really appreciate how involved they keep parents, too. The communication is great, and the programs for parents are so nice and thoughtful. It really feels like a community where families and teachers work together to help the kids grow and thrive. We’re so thankful for all the love, care, and support our children received. Day break is truly a wonderful place! 💕
