  I went to regular checkup. They found the cavity in two places and started filling. They didn’t even inform me. As I was new comer, I didn’t know what was happening. In the middle of treatment I asked what’s happening and then I got to know that I had cavity and I am getting the treatment which I didn’t concent. I would never recommend any newcomer to go here. They did all this because I had high insurance coverage. I didn’t had to pay anything out of pocket. They filed the insurance themselves. I still regret going there. I still doubt whether I really had cavity. Because I never had one till my previous dental visit back home. I take really good care of my teeth. Atleast they would have shown me the cavity on the screen. I wish I wouldn’t have said I have insurance coverage. I don’t remember the doctor name as I was so frustrated I left the venue disappointed. She was female. I did the treatment at Dental care group at 700 Coxwell ave.

  The team at Dental Care Group on Coxwell Ave are fantastic. Everybody is very polite, and their team is efficient, thorough, accommodating, and helpful. They consistently take you right on time for your appointment, and the dental hygienists in particular, keep the comfort and care of the patient at the top of their priority list. When it’s time to pay the bill at the end of the visit, the women at the front always walk you through the bill in detail, answering any questions and explaining any charges. I never have any issues at Dental Cate Group. It’s a small establishment, but their team is well trained, competent, efficient and kind. I recommend their services to anybody in the East York and Toronto area.
