She explained so much useful knowledge that I will never forget. Her work was painless and flawless. My second appointment was for two cavity fillings. The dentist and other hygienist were so professional . I could not believe how comfortable and painless the whole procedure was. Just perfection! I recommend this clinic to anyone who finally wants a great dental experience every time.

For the past two years, the clinical care has been outstanding, consistently pain-free, stress-free, and highly professional. Dr. Tolic and his assistant truly deliver impressive work, and I have always appreciated the quality of treatment provided. Unfortunately, my experience with Sandra at the front desk has been disappointing. Despite clearly requesting to be contacted by text message or email due to my demanding work schedule, I continued to receive phone calls, and on two occasions my appointments for cleaning were canceled without any written notification. I arrived for my scheduled visit only to learn it had been canceled. Additionally, I did not feel I was treated with the level of professionalism I would expect, either over the phone or in person by Sandra. It is important to note that the other front desk staff member is excellent, consistently kind, respectful, and professional. As this situation occurred twice, I have decided to transition to another dentist to prevent further inconvenience. This was not an easy decision, as the clinical team is truly exceptional.
