I have been a patient for over 10 years here, the staff are friendly and competent. If there have been any issues they have been respectfully resolved. I refer all my clients here!

Office manager works on validating her position by overcharging for services. Your insurance benefits do not go far here. This business has become a money grab. Dentists and hygienists care and are professional.

I had to cancel an appointment today due to a snowstorm in my area, and the response I received from the clinic was unexpectedly dismissive and unprofessional. Despite the weather being unsafe where I live, I was met with attitude and judgment, rather than understanding or flexibility. I was also told they would not rebook me because “the weather may happen again,” which felt punitive and unreasonable. A healthcare provider should prioritize patient safety, respect individual circumstances, and communicate with empathy. That was not my experience here. I’ve chosen to switch to a different dentist—one who values patient wellbeing, understands that winter conditions vary across regions, and treats people with basic courtesy and respect. This review is simply to share my experience truthfully, so other patients can make informed decisions.

I was looking all over the GTA for a holistic dentist, because I needed to get an implant done and was really nervous about having a major procedure done in such a vulnerable spot. I found Dentistry in Aurora, and I’m so happy I did. I have never felt more safe, supported, and taken care of in a dental office. The team goes out of their way to make sure you fully understand every step of the process, and they embed holistic wellness into everything they do. It’s a 30 minute drive for me to get there when there are so many other dental offices near me, but I don’t even think twice about it because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, I’m so happy I found them.
