As most people, I can't say that I love going to the dentist. I always get overly anxious and often feel like I want to run out of the session. however, truthfully, this time was different. The staff are incredible - personable, related, friendly, engaging and informative. We had some hilarious banter, along with my dental cleaning. In terms of service, I was taken promptly on time, to a clean and well organized examining room, and was finished my service in 45 minutes, but was provided extra guidance in how to effectively brush to clean my teeth and protect my gums. Finally, I left my session with some free stuff! Travel size toothpaste and dental floss and a whitening kit! I highly recommend.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the advice I previously received about my dental implant. During my visit with you, I was advised that both the implant and the crown would need to be replaced. However, today I had an appointment with a periodontist who thoroughly assessed the implant and confirmed that it was stable. The only issue identified was a loose screw, which was tightened, and no replacement was required. Given this outcome, I was very disappointed by the earlier recommendation, as it caused unnecessary stress and concern. Based on the specialist’s evaluation, the advice to replace both the implant and crown appears to have been inaccurate and not aligned with the actual clinical situation. I felt it was important to share this feedback with you. Today, the periodontist tightened and fixed my crown at a clinic in downtown Toronto. The treatment was done here in Toronto, not outside of Canada.
