The other bad reviews are 100% accurate. New company took over the clinic recently and they only care about money!! There’s always new staff… as well… the office manager doesn’t care if you have any complaint

If I have to give zero I would. Unfortunately since Dr Chan retired and left the dentistry, took over by someone unknown, they are very unprofessional, scary, rude and no communication skill. Sad sad sad, they are basically playing games with our generous insurance plan. They are into money, but as of today we have decided that my self, my extended family, and my community to seek for other options in finding professional dentist across the GTA. We missed the positive professional outstanding Dr Chan we wish him all the best.
