I got a pair of baby shoes as a gift, but they couldn’t fit my child it was past the exchange and return policy date but for a $465 pair of baby shoes I should’ve been able to at least exchange them for something, my child could have worn now, it hasn't been worn once BRANDNEW!!! They agreed!! but weren't able to do anything about it so now I’m stuck with $465 brand new baby shoes ITS 2023 you guys need to update your policy!

I’m extremely extremely disappointed with the fabric-quality to customer service to the behaviour of founder of the company (top manager) communicating to customers to service and the harsh tone talk to their customers. I purchased 2 shirts…. spent $550 on their store under 24 hours…. as soon as I brought it home my son tried them the fabrics quality start on aching him…. Very poor quality…I called in talked to store manager he was rude and replied he can’t help, got my number and told their top manager or the company founder will contact you she would be in store the next day…. I had ito take it back to the store … the store policy is exchange and store credit only. I went decided to even pay more money to buy something else to satisfy myself with the purchase but the quality turned me off. When I spoke with the manager or the founder of the company not only that she wasn’t helpful at all. I talked to her for 30 minutes with a kind of tone she was talking to me was very rude….. and I was kindly requesting please refund my purchase I wouldn’t use your store credit my son allergic to the fabric you carry…. I’m not feeling safe or comfortable to use the shirts on your store to my child ….She was accusing of harassing her in front of my 6 years old son not only that my son got scared of her tone It was very unfair to use that kind of statement towards me when I left the store got so hurt…..was very unprofessional attitude… not respectful at all. They are only nice when you buy not respecting consumers concerns and objections…treating them very bad. As a business Owner she said she is the founder of this business dealing with kids clothing talking to consumers with disrespectful statements does not fit. I’m very very hurt by what she said to me I’m harassing her…. I would never imagine disrespecting anyone in anyway harassment is too far…
