Had a very pleasant experience for my first time using this family run business. I was helped by the owners lovely two daughters and wife. They understood what I needed and was sympathetic to my specific arrangements for my Aunt's funeral and was able to work with my time line without any fuss. This calmed my experience during this difficult time. I highly recommend this business because they genuinely care!

I had an absolutely disappointing experience with this company. Caused me so much stress on the day of my baby shower. Came 2 hours late to a point the caterers were delayed and we were still setting up because the tables were not set up on time. I called and verified the timing in advance to make sure to show up on time. Once the tables and chairs arrived, it was left on the floor for us to put together because the sense of urgency was lacking. I was met with complaints from the delivery man who said I should have chosen a better location because it was a hassle for him. We had guest coming at 1 pm and tables were entering the hall at 12 pm. After the event was done, again the lack of professionalism showed. He did not care to show up on time even though again we advised we needed to clear the hall by 6 pm. We had to take everything down ourselves and stack it because we would have been there all night. Upon his arrival, again I was met with complaints to a point he started arguing with me. If you can’t do your job, then should not work there. I am giving anyone some advice if there need to rent tables and chairs, use a different company!

I would definitely recommend to rent. It work out better for our wedding reception, and it turned out amazing. It saved a lot of time and money. They drop off and pick up on time. If I'm doing any other events you will be the first on my list to contact.
