  I recently contacted your center to inquire about availability for my child. I was told there was an opening starting in September, but that the spot would only last until December, as it had been reserved for another family afterward. When I asked whether this arrangement could negatively affect children—especially those new to daycare—I was met with hostility. The attendant told me I should not ask such questions, raised her voice, and stated that if I didn’t agree with the policy, I should not enroll my child. The manner in which this was communicated felt unprofessional and dismissive of a genuine concern for child well-being. As a parent considering any daycare for my child’s first daycare experience, I believe it is important to be able to ask respectful questions about how policies may impact children. Your reviews from other “parents” put me in disbelief that one of your associates would act like this, so this leads me to question if your reviews are real or fraudulent.   A big Thank you to Discovery Point for providing a safe & friendly environment to our daughter for the last few years. Your entire team of teachers are reliable, respectful, geniunely caring and fun loving. Some special names that we can never forget are Ms. Ina, Ms. Sueyon, Ms. Leana, Ms. Oksana and Ms. Olesia. They all went above and beyond to provide the emotional support, care and love required at each stage. Our daughter shared an unforgettable bond with them. For any parents looking for great quality day care we highly recommend Discovery Point. Again, We appreciate all the support & care.

  We had a wonderful experience at this daycare and highly recommend it! While it’s not a Montessori school, they have a well-structured schedule with engaging activities each day, which helps keep the children learning and having fun. The teachers are incredibly loving, patient, and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment where kids feel safe and happy. The supervisors are also amazing—they are so kind, genuinely care about each child, and are always available to help or listen to any concerns. I’m truly grateful for the time my son spent here. He learned so much, made great friends, and always came home with a big smile. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and hard work! Highly recommend this daycare to any parents looking for a caring environment for their little ones.

  We went to a few daycares before we found Discovery Point Nursery and Academy. The teachers and supervisors are one of a kind, they are very passionate, caring, attentive and sincerely want the best for the children. The leadership is transparent and works with parents to get the best education and care for the children. Both my kids went to this daycare and I am very thankful for all the teachers who worked with my kids when they had behavioural problems, working together with us to solve any issues. They helped shape my children into better humans and I'm eternally grateful for all their hard work. They offer concentrated music, art, French and Yoga classes, occasional special activities like a bubble show and my kids were excited to attend. The space is very clean, and quality of the food is amazing - overall, you won't regret sending your kids here, and my only worry now is that my expectations for future teachers may be to high as I now have a very high standard to compare to. Thank you to the supervisors - Ina and Julia, the cooks Atifa and Marina, and all the amazing teachers that my children had during the last 3 years at this incredible daycare. We will miss you.
