I love supporting small LGSs and the prices here were quite good. BUT, I came 1.5 hours away to play in a Standard RCQ and it was the worst event I’ve ever played in. Incorrect structuring and then incorrect pairing in top 8, along with the fact that I had to constantly bug the TO to know who my next pairing was because they removed us from the companion app after Round 4 made this event a nightmare. Never have I felt like an ever was run so illegitimately. The staff (specifically the manager) was very unresponsive to my feedback and mentioning of the event being run incorrectly. It very much felt like he favoured the regulars and couldn’t care less about visiting players. With the Companion event being deleted and the event run off the books, there’s no reason to assume this wasn’t just a store owner fudging up pairings and helping the regulars get an illegitimate invite. There was also no judge present which did not help this. Also, it so dark inside I forgot it was still daylight out. My eyes hurt and it was hard to read cards. PS. I also just got home and realized that the one single I bought from they I was overcharged $7 for. What a terrible store.

Spent $250 on a mixture of booster packs and a booster box. They decided to loosely place the packs in a bag, with the booster box laid on top, then crammed into a tiny box. Arrived 2 weeks later and all the packs were severely bent and curved. Terrible service and terrible packaging. They have not reached out to me at all to try and correct this. Buyer beware.

Failed Online Pick-Up Process and Wasted My Time My experience with the online order and pick-up system was highly unsatisfactory. While I understand delays can happen (the 1-2 day processing time was already extended), the customer service handling made it worse. On day 4 after order was placed, I called for an update. I was explicitly told my order would be processed manually and would be ready for pick-up later that day. Relying on this promise, I visited the store the following day. Not only was my order not ready, but the on-duty staff was not helpful and that I must simply wait for another notification email and comeback another time. The initial promise from your team was not honored, resulting in a wasted trip, my time, and gas. This reflects poorly on both your order fulfillment system and internal communication.

Awesome local game store! Really helpful and kind staff, decent prices and nice selection of all tcg product. Got SICK pulls from here!! Last time I came it was a few years ago I think, it was larger and much more brightly lit. This time around it was unfortunately really overcrowded running lots of events with no room to move almost, kinda dark and really dank stank smellin (tho that's probably a fault of the tcg community and not the store itself lol).

Overall, the store was really good. The staff were nice and they were able to help me with a lot of stuff in the store. The prices as well are really good for the inventory. Heck, they even had stuff I didnt expect them to have. The atmosphere was also really good and it felt pretty welcoming. I came to this place from word of mouth from my friend and this place did not disappoint. Will be coming again whenever I need to.
