Waited for over an hour and a half for 2 burgers ...until we had to remind bar tender/ server ... Then they brought the food out ice cold with absolutely ”NO" apology whatsoever. (I would have been more than fine if some sort of an appolgy was received...different bar tenders Kept pouring different amounts of liquor for shots of Coniac .. some were less than shot and some were almost 2 shots. Attentive but with no actual satisfaction at the end. Read your guest and go with the flow. We'll give it a second chance since we live next door at Bright water.

Came in here on a Wednesday night for a few drinks with some friends. The blonde bartender didn’t come over to us to order the entire time, we had to go to the bar to order them. Instead of asking us if we would like another round, she brings over the debit machine without the bill for us to pay…. She served us our last drink after last call because she didn’t even do last call and the bar was dead beside her friends in the corner. She brought us the debit machine without the bill again at the end of the night too…. Terrible service. A bartender doing kareoke over serving guests is crazy!

Service here is a really bad joke. Sitting at the bar, not busy at all, six servers standing around, just talking amongst themselves. Not asked whether we want water or anything. Ordered nachos, got nachos, no napkins, server just walks away. By that time it had gotten busy so had to go hunt napkins myself. Always had to ask for stuff, not once asked if we wanted anything else, or how we were doing. Good chicken nachos though, compliments to the chef.

Would not recommend, homophobic bouncers and management. Witnessed a group of young adults get thrown out today because their friend “didn’t fit the look” of this establishment. In this day and age it’s very disheartening that this behaviour is still happening and being accepted by the management. The bouncers were excessive and aggressive with the group as they were gathering their things, it made me fear for my own safety. If you’re looking for a fun night out in Port Credit find somewhere else, this is not somewhere to waste your night and money.

The atmosphere is ok, and the service was very good. The waitress we had was attentive and friendly. The food was terrible. The calamari (mostly broccoli, a few pieces of shrimp and small freezer burned calamari rings). The "popcorn chicken" was cut up chicken tenders. The thyme fries didn't have any seasoning, let alone a speck of thyme.... The nachos were decent at least. Music was a throwback to the 90s/00s which was fun. Drinks wise, you're fine with beer and the basics. They didn't have the ingredients for the cocktail I wanted and one of my friends didn't like hers.
