I took my elderly father to see Darren Ho at Downtown Dentistry because he gums were hurting but he was reluctant to see a dentist. Darren was able to put him at ease and treated him so painlessly my father took a bunch of his business cards and said he was going to give them to his friends.

Easy 5 stars, 6 if I could! Every single person I came in contact with was very professional and accommodating. The service was also top-notch. John the receptionist was very friendly and provided me knowledge about what my appointment would be since I was a new patient. Karen was a great hygienist and even showed me my x-ray and discussed each of my teeth with me one by one, and at the end taught me the best way to brush and floss. Dr Baker and the other assistant (sorry forgot the name) were also great and informative when performing my comprehensive exam, xrays, and filling. Overall would recommend! A little bit expensive though so check first if your insurance covers :)

I’ve been going to Downtown Dentistry for about 4 years now and every visit has been such a positive experience. Over the summer, I chipped my crown multiple times and Dr. Ho was incredibly kind and accommodating. He did an excellent job with temporary fillings while I waited for my specialist appointment, and even though it was my fault the fillings kept coming off, he only charged me for the initial one. That level of care and generosity saved me from spending over $1,000, and I truly appreciated it. Dr. Ho is one of the kindest dentists I’ve met. Dr. Chan and Dr. Baker are also wonderful, and the staff are always warm and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean and hygienic, which makes every visit comfortable. Highly recommend Downtown Dentistry!

DT Dentistry is perhaps the best, most thorough dentist I’ve been too! I had an appointment with Dr Lee and was treated with not just respect and compassion but her confidence and knowledge was reassuring as well.
