This the second time I saw Dr. Aliyana Shabo and the teams at Costco on queens way. Are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am always happy and pleasant to see her, she's very knowledgeable , kind and on point that on my first time visit her. in 5 minutes she see me. She noticed that I am seeing double that my eye doctor before for quite few years didn't even mention anything about it. Her assistant Manjot are also the same very knowledgeable kind. Not to mention they have a high-tech machine. Just like the Optomap Retinal Exam machine that will see your the back of of your whole eyes to detect if there any signs of whatever you are concerned about your eyes. I highly recommended them.

Dr. Arwa Shabo has been my eye doctor for two years and she’s excellent. Professional, thorough, and takes time to explain everything clearly. Always feel well cared for. Highly recommend!

Dr. Arwa Shabo is one of the the optometrist at Costco. Overall, it was not a good experience. Although she did provide a verbal greeting, her demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. During the exam, she pushed the machine against my face with significant force, to the point that I had to bend backward. She then pushed it further. When I tried to adjust it myself, she told me to let her do it, stating that people have broken the machine before. When I asked a question about my eyes, she said she would complete the exam first. However, after finishing, she provided a very ambiguous response, stating that my eye prescription had “changed a little bit.” In the medical field, such vague terminology is generally avoided. I wanted to know my exact current prescription, but this was not clearly explained.
