I had my eye appointment at Dr. Gallo & Associates, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The owner, Dr. Gallo who is also an eye doctor truly stood out with her warm presence and exceptional care. She was kind, attentive, and completely on top of everything. I was especially grateful when she personally fixed my other pair of glasses. Chen was also incredibly helpful—patient, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. The entire team at the clinic was outstanding knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. I went in for a routine eye exam after moving to Maple and Dr. Anita Gallo was great, took the time to explain the exam, what she was checking and why. She caught a small change in my prescription that I guess my old optometrist in Markham had missed. I liked that she was calm and unrushed and even helped me pick out some new frames in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming. I’m glad I found a great new eye doctor in the Vaughan area and love their stylish selection of frames!!
