I have seen Dr Bonnie Wan since I moved to Canada in 2015. She earned my respect and trust through her thorough and professional care for the patients. No matter how many question I have, she always take the time to clear up my concerns. In such a hyper infation time and era, where lots of people become desperate to be part of the money grabbing game, Dr Bonnie Wan still holds pride in her profession to provide qulity care and service to all the patients. I was never pressured to take unnecessary exams or grossly expensive optical products. I am very glad to know that other reviewers share the same respect for Dr Bonnie Wan.

This was my first time going to an optometrist in my 30 years of living, and the experience was honestly so great! With it being my first experience getting my eyes checked, Dr. Wan made me feel very comfortable and at ease, explaining to me what she was doing and looking for at every step, along with clear explanations for the eye irritation issues I had been experiencing. The clinic was able to contact my insurance for reimbursement so there were no steps for me to take in order to get my money back. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back here for any future eye appointments.

I had an eye exam with Dr.Keefe Young , and it was a wonderful experience. He was very polite, patient, and professional. Dr. Keefe took his time to do a thorough check-up and explained everything clearly. All the staff at the clinic were also very friendly and respectful. I truly appreciate their excellent service and highly recommend this clinic!
