I am not sure what these negative reviews are about! Dr. Anis is a very kind and knowledgeable physician. The staff at the clinic are also friendly and well-organized.

I went to an appointment as a new patient to start with the doctor. Once I arrived overthere I was told that they don’t take new patients at the moment. However, the doctor checked the pain I had and gave me a prescription. Never contacted me later as promised!

Just sharing the facts, not opinion. So I called in the beginning of September and asked if the Dr. is taking new patients. I was told yes but had to wait three weeks for next appointment. It was disclosed why I wanted to come in; to find a new family doctor. I went in today. The place is packed. Not sure how that works. Nonetheless, the doctor came in and asked how she could help and I mentioned I was looking for a new doctor. She said she's not taking any at the moment and to call at the beginning of the month to see if her roster clears up. I mentioned that it exactly what I did and now it's three weeks later. She said try again. I was extremely confused as it's exactly what I did. I asked so I come in to get a No and a five minute consult and OHIP pays for something I could have been told over the phone? She said don't worry about OHIP. I spent five minutes in there and was left confused. This was my experience. Still searching and confused about our medical system.

I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated by Dr. Hanna Anis and her Reception worker. I had been a patient at this clinic for 3 years, and while I don't visit often due to my good health, I never expected to be disowned/rejected by my own family doctor for this reason. It is both alarming and hurtful to think that a healthcare professional would prioritize frequent visits over a patient's overall well-being. Instead of fostering a supportive and trusting patient-doctor relationship, I was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. As someone who takes proactive steps to maintain good health, I had hoped my doctor would appreciate and encourage my efforts, rather than chastise me for not falling ill more often. I sincerely hope that Dr.Hanna Anis reevaluates their approach to patient care and recognizes that not all patients require frequent medical attention. It is my hope that sharing my experience will shed light on the importance of respectful and understanding healthcare practices. In summary, my time with this family doctor has been a disappointing one, marked by an unfortunate lack of consideration for individual health choices. I cannot recommend Dr. Anis to others seeking compassionate and respectful medical care.
