I do not recommend coming here if you have kids. I was extremely disappointed with my visit for my 3.5 and 1.5 year old. I specifically read reviews to make sure they're kid friendly and they were not. The secretary was very pleasant however Dr. Jennifer Lee was not. She did not greet us, just told my kiddo to take his jacket off and sit on the chair. A kind hello or a warm welcome goes a long way for nervous kiddos. She said she would allow me to stay in the room if my 1.5 year old could stay quiet, which made me feel unwelcome and pressured to keep my 1.5 year old completely silent. She was not friendly and her demeanor was negative. She sounded extremely frustrated without an apparent cause as my 3.5 year old was compliant with her requests. The exam was tense and I really wished I walked out. She argued several times with my 3.5 year old for briefly moving his eyes away to look at her light. When the letter was getting smaller and he could no longer accurately describe it, she said "you're not even looking at it". He verbalized that it was "too small" to which she said again even more frustrated "you're not even looking" when he clearly was. As an educator, I was extremely turned off with her demeanor and lack of understanding on how to talk to kids. Did she get the exam done? Yes. Was it a comfortable and positive experience? No. I do recommend bringing kids to see her.

Dr. Elizabeth Li saw all 3 of my kids and they were very happy with her. One of my kids has a condition that she went above and beyond to address. Dr. Li is very caring and very honest and ethical. Regarding my son's condition she consulted with her colleagues and got back to us with options within days. Pretty amazing. Very glad we found her!

I appreciate the detailed answers I receive while doing my eye exams, but I am heavily disappointed with my experience when it came to getting my glasses. I had went in with an old pair of glasses and mentioned that *if it were possible* I would like to pair my old frames with my new lenses. I made sure to ask if it would be okay to use the same frames since I figured my lenses would be thicker as my prescription had changed, the individual I talked to said it wouldn’t be a problem. I got the glasses and things were fine until about a month in, when my right lens fell out. This happened again after a few months. The professional who does the repairs is only available on Tuesday and Thursday. When I went in this last time I expressed my concerns but they were glossed over. Although staff is friendly I will not be returning and I want to mention my experience so others are aware and are not surprised if they are mislead and inconvenienced in the same way.
