Where to begin with Dr. Horvats office… Besides not being able to make it past the voicemail box since no one at the office knows how to return a message. I find it hard to accept the blame of how it’s my fault for the countless scheduling errors that have occurred with her office. Besides trying to help us, we only get dismissed and undermined by everyone in the office. We have gotten zero attention to any sickness or illness we required her assistance with. If we ask questions we get shut down like we are idiots. Ive never met a doctor recommend taking a medication from Walmart for 15 years when only now we found out you are not supposed to take it for longer than a week… Long story short if you are looking for medical attention or a new family doctor, try the hospital, you’ll get through the ER sooner then you’ll get a phone call back.
