Me and my family have been very lucky to have a family doctor / general practitioner here for decades. We had Beverly Jackson first, and now we have Jessica Siu. Both are amazing. They've helped me with all kinds of concerns, big and small, for both my mental and physical health. In particular, Jessica helped me get in touch with a psychiatrist at CAMH and get a prescription for anxiety medication that I never knew I needed. Since then, I've felt in better spirits and more hopeful for the future. I don't know what I would do without them.

I've been with Taddle Creek Health for more than a decade. I'm very surprised to see the relatively low reviews, and it's prompted me to submit mine. Victoria, NP is outstanding. Her communications, access to the doctors, listening skills and overall knowledge is in every way professional and far above average. When she doesn't know, she says so and works to find out. In my experience, that's unusual in the medical profession. Taddle Creek's online portal has matured into one of the best I've used in any area, not just medical. The front office staff are clear and responsive and efficient. Obtaining a necessary referral for anything has been easy. The handful of times I've met with a doctor, I have found them to be professional and the experience positive. Taddle Creek has followed up with me about ongoing issues and gotten back to me with answers to my questions. I have utilized a number of doctors and medical care clinics and teams since moving to Toronto in 1989. Many have been good, some not so much. Without question, Taddle Creek Family Health Team is far and above the best - an outstanding organization that has shown itself willing and able to grow, adapt and improve and maintain a top quality level of service.

I continue to be really happy with the quality of care I receive at Taddle Creek Medical Clinic. The Nurse, Victoria handles most all issues and she's been wonderful to work with: very responsive, communications are clear and comprehensive and she's always been quick to get back to me with answers from doctors or with information when something needs further investigation. I like the newsletter the clinic sends out. The front office staff are professional and officious, but never rude. I feel fortunate to have this medical clinic in my neighborhood and to be able to access their services.

Im sure she's a knowledgeable Doctor. However she was extremely cold and unhelpful to me. Id been with the clinic for over 25 years. Marvelous care with Maria Del Junco. We had to move to another province. Her interest became whether I was cheating Ontario and had already moved. Very cold, 1 issue per appointment and extremely strict about it. She is not a caring person. Certainly not interested in stress or mental health.

Dr. Kate Reeves is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s open to questions, and is very willing to discuss treatment options and alternatives. And she’s highly skilled. She saved my life by screening for a serious hereditary condition I wasn’t even aware I had. For those who criticize Dr. Reeve for keeping to standard appointment times, you should know that she doesn’t get paid for going over the appointment limit. No doctor does. It’s unreasonable to expect her to work for free. If I need more time, I make another appointment. Phone appointments are great for follow up questions.
