When Dr Elaine Fishbein, my dentist of more than 20 years, retired and handed the reins to Dr Mandy GREWAL I wasn’t sure I’d ever be comfortable in the chair again without Elaine. How wrong was I! Dr GREWAL’s easy personality made me warm to her immediately and the fact that the staff retention rate was high made me more relaxed. I need not have been concerned.
