From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the staff and doctor were extremely polite and very customer oriented. The receptionist is very friendly and very patient. Dr. Lu explained all procedures prior to initiating them and explained the “results” of each testing done. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am sure he will be my family OD for my future needs. I definitely recommend them.

I have been going to Dr. Marian Kim’s office for many years for my eye care. They are well-organized, kind, and provide excellent medical service. I just had a routine eye exam yesterday and found the facility very clean and safe. The opticians downstairs (Kim’s Opticle) are also very experienced and very kind. They always help me receive the best quality glasses and sunglasses at affordable prices. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Today was my first time visiting Dr. Marian Kim and Associates for an eye exam. It was a very thorough exam. All of my questions were answered and the team was very courteous. I will return in the future for repeat exams.

Had a great experience both times I've been here for eye exams. It's evident that the doctors and staff really care about their patients health and make sure that you're taken care of. The most recent time I was here, I was getting my eyes dilated as part of the exam, but also had to pick up my new contacts. They were so kind and understanding and delayed my exam to later in the day, allowing me to go down and try on my contacts first (since the dilation would prevent me from telling if the contacts were a good fit). Dr. Kim is a wonderful optometrist and I'm grateful for finding this place!

As a refugee, I went to a prescription eyewear store (Address: 5645 Yonge Street) to get the right pair of sunglasses, but they told me I needed a prescription. A week later, I visited doctor and received the prescription—which was located upstairs—and returned to the store. Unfortunately, I was then told I wasn’t allowed to get the sunglasses, even though both the store manager and the doctor had previously said I could, based on my refugee documents. I feel like I was taken advantage of, and that my time was not valued today. I was very disappointed with their behavior and, as a result, I don’t feel I can give them a fair or positive rating.
