I'd give no stars if that was possible. It was my first time my father visited this place and an optometrist at the Costco here. Dr. Layli T was the optometrist. They didn't get the prescriptions right, glasses with prescription lenses were made, my father couldn't see far in sight it was really blurry for him. This wasn't an issue before in the years he had made prescription glasses, he just wanted to try a new optometrist. Believe it or not they finished the work in less than 10 minutes. It's really rushed and a lot of people wait in line to see the optometrist. For the price paid almost $100 you expect to be treated in a timely fashioned and time taken to ensure the customers prescription and numbers are correct, making them comfortable and allowing them time to provide feedback if they can see or not when examined. It's a rushed process. Highly don't recommend this place or optometrist to anyone.

Great experience, friendly staff and accurate prescription. Perhaps poor reviews are old and maybe there is new staff now as I was happy with price and service.

Just been there today for my new eyeglass prescription. This is the vision center at costco in warden ave. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Adel Khazanei was very nice too. I was maybe 15mins late for my appointment but i was seen immediately when i came. I noticed th⁸ey follow sanitizing and distancing protocol. Only the patients were seated in the waiting area. Might go back there after 2yrs.

Too bad there is no zero available because that is the service level you can expect at this place. The couldn't care attitude is unacceptable, going to another Optometrist.

I had a very disappointing experience during my comprehensive eye exam at this clinic in July 2025. I clearly stated I wear both glasses and contact lenses and expected prescriptions for both. Although I paid $95 for a comprehensive exam, I was only given a glasses prescription. The optometrist, Dr. Adel Khazanei, was rushed and dismissive, especially when I asked questions about my new astigmatism. When I returned to request a proper contact lens prescription, the receptionist gave me incorrect medical advice. The doctor didn’t provide a contact lens prescription and instead told me to use my old prescription, which is incorrect and unsafe. I felt ignored and misled throughout the process and left without the care I needed. I’m sharing this to warn others to double-check what you’re getting here, especially if you wear contacts.
