My recent visit to Pearle Vision was an average experience overall. While the doctor was friendly, I left feeling unsatisfied with the outcome. As someone getting glasses for the first time, I expected clearer guidance throughout the process. The biggest issue was around pricing and clarity. The frames on display had no price tags, so I had no idea how much they cost until I got to the counter—and by then, the total was surprisingly high. The sales associate used a lot of technical terms when explaining lens features, which were unfamiliar to me. I would have appreciated more clear and detailed explanations to help me make an informed choice. The doctor could also have spent a bit more time explaining the results of my eye exam and making me feel more at ease. Overall, the visit felt rushed and confusing. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great first-time experience for someone new to wearing glasses.

Overall a good experience, but a couple of things still worth mentioning. One receptionist told me they were busy until Tuesday for emergencies, another was able to squeeze me in on Saturday, so some inconsistency there - don't want to get into the mentality of "keep calling until you get a result". Today got a call after hours saying that the referral they've placed requires me to show up tomorrow at a vision clinic with a $40 reschedule fee, so I had to clear my work calendar to be able to show up without paying the fee.

Amazing service. I went in thinking I needed a new prescription due to ongoing headaches. The doctor found a medical condition and sent me to emergency department which ended up saving my life. I am very grateful Dr.Khan was so thorough!

I’m not a patient at this office, but I stopped by to have a loose screw on my frames repaired. The lovely ladies assisted me right away and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and purchases! ♥️
