I had a great experience with the team and Dr. Karen Louie for an eye exam. The team took great care in ensuring all COVID-19 protocols and procedures were followed, and made the experience and visit overall very pleasurable from start to finish. The eye exam was very thorough, and Dr. Karen Louie was patient and professional. More so, the staff here were very patient and supportive in helping me with the details of my client profile setup, especially when I made some very big mistakes on my own. While I did not purchase glasses here, the general impression is they have a good selection of frames, including a variety of options for everyone's needs. Staff appeared to be thoughtful and helpful when providing help and suggestions on frames and fit, seeing as there are no frames that are "universal" per se. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

Courteous and professional. Very thorough eye exam and consultation. Wonderful, caring and efficient treatment by the highly skilled Dr. Louie. She conducted my eye exam, prescribed my contact lens, referred me for cataract surgery to an excellent doctor and conducted my follow up exam. Staff and Doctor are very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. Convenient location, bright and clean facilities. Highly recommended to anyone. Kid friendly too!

Dr Wong and her staff are amazing; she's very thorough in her examinations and ensured that I was checked properly and thoroughly. In fact, I didn't even know I couldn't get my eyes dilated due to my medical condition at that time -- if she didn't ask me the proper questions, I wouldn't have known. Her staff are very good and efficient - I was able to get my prescription filled and a nice set of glasses chosen within a quick time. The turnaround was very quick - one week! I am very satisfied and would recommend her!

Terrible, irresponsible clinic! My mother went them and they diagnosed her with emergency and no action was taken. They do not care of their patient! This was emergency and was told by their own 2 doctors. Zero communication no attention no care! They say the doctor is off, contact us tomorrow really? You promised to refer my mother for emergency surgery and we should wait for your doctor’s day off or wait for my mother to get blind? Some should take the responsibility and clean this mess!
