I’ve been going to this dental office for a while and generally, the dental care itself is excellent. However, I've had ongoing issues with the receptionist Nataliia. While I understand mistakes happen, it's become a pattern that my appointments are not scheduled properly, and often forgotten about. On top of that, the receptionist's attitude has been less than professional during multiple interactions, which makes the experience frustrating. It's unfortunate, as the rest of the staff is great, but a more organized and courteous front desk would make a big difference.
