Spam/fraud/honest mistake??? Pay close attention to your receipts. I reached out to Dr. Pink after seeing an ad on Instagram for Morpheus8. After consultation, we both decided to move forward with treatment having payments over three instalments. First payment was paid without applicable taxes. I was under the impression that applicable taxes were waived as part of the promotion. At the second payment, I was informed that the applicable taxes for payment one was not taken and will be deducted now. I questioned but agreed as I did not have any documentation to that effect. Today, the third and final payment, I was told that the taxes for payment one was not taken and will be deducted, absolutely not. Slowly, I asked for us to retrace our steps, with receipts. Starting with the first visit, we both agreed and confirmed that the payment at the first visit did not include applicable taxes. Likewise the receipts according to Dr. Pink’s records for payment two did not include taxes for payment one. I asked for the date of the second visit and pulled up the related credit card statement. The amount noted on the statement clearly reflected the portion for the taxes related to payment one. Similarly, today’s receipts: the printed receipt did not include the taxes for payment one; however, the credit card transaction did include the amount and pointed it out to their attention. In response, I was offered to receive the additional amount in cash. This could very well be a mistake but in any event, pay close attention to your receipts and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

10/10 experience from when I walked in to when I left. They were clear about the cost, ran my insurance, gave me options and helped me from start to end. Absolutely will be going back and sending referrals to this clinic! They also have a really good selection of frames for all price points.

I called this clinic DESPERATE for help..literally crying on the phone and at their office and they were able to accommodate me into their schedule. When I arrived at the clinic, the staff and physician were so sympathetic, compassionate and professional. Dr. Firasta did such a thorough eye examination on me and every question I had was answered. I left that clinic feeling like I was truly cared for. She diagnosed me and referred me to an Ophthalmologist. I forgot the gentleman's name that handles the reception desk and also the lady that gives you the first eye examination and handles the payment transactions, but you were all amazing and I definitely would recommend any and every one looking for eye care to this clinic. Eyes are important and I'm so glad that Dr.Pink takes care of my eyes, along with both my kids. My daughter's eyes were terrible before I came to Dr.Pink, she recommended Myopia for her, and the results were AMAZING! I'm also a contact lenses over user and with her recommendations and care, my eyes are now much healthier. The staff are amazing, and Sumeet has always been a pleasure.
