  Nothing but positive things to say about The Early Learning Centre. Corinne the owner is very professional and does a great job of keeping everything running smoothly. The teachers are amazing. Very caring and they do a great job of communicating with us. The facilities are clean and there are always lots of fun activities planned for the children. It was such a relief when we found this place for our kids. They love attending!

  When we first arrived at the Early Learning Childcare Centre at Port- Coquitlam (3-5) we were greeted by Corinne, the manager. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She thought about all the details for a high quality daycare. The rooms were shinning, clean and equipped with a big selection of stimulating toys. The teachers at the 3-5 centre and extremely adorable. They are very approachable, professional and exceptional with the kids. They are full of energy, talented, very kind and affectionate. It is a great comfort knowing that our son is receiving highly-professional and compassionate care. Each day we drop our son, we are greeted and treated with a welcoming smile. Our son loves the place and is always dropped off and picked up with a big smile on his face. We fully appreciate the purposeful play-based program that is very rich and diverse through art, music, Karate, Zomba, French, field trips, parents gathering and a lot more. We are very grateful for the daily reports we received by emails about the centre's activities and our son's development. Big thanks to teachers, Else, Courtney, Jules, Jessica, Jasmine from all of us for the great experience our son (and us) spent through a period of 16 months.

  My son has been going to this daycare for 3 years now. I have to say, I am forever grateful for Early Learning Childcare Centre. The teachers and owner are so positive and friendly. The facility it’s self is super clean, they have so much room and activities. Their indoor play ground keeps my child active even on rainy days. They all care so much for my child and each teacher has taken her time to get to know him well. I would definitely recommend this child care centre. Five stars!

  My son went to a couple other daycares before we were recommended by our social development consultant to consider Early Learning childcare (Westwood) as he was struggling. I met with Corrine, the owner and gave her a heads up about my son and the challenges he was having at his previous daycares. She was very accommodating and willing to give him an opportunity at her facility. This daycare facility has been night and day for me and my son. They are fantastic communicators which I struggled to get from previous facilities. They email you everyday your child attends with a little blurb of what they did with photos. They respond to your messages within an hour and are wonderful caregivers with my son. They are patient, use consistency in learning and correction and they spend quality time getting to know who your kid is. They are always excited to welcome him every morning and he just loves all his teachers. The space is a great size and has 3 different rooms for the kids to play in. They do crafts, circle time and go to the park outside everyday for over an hour. They have a little gym inside with climbing and monkey bars so the kids can get physical activity inside on rainy days too. My son really enjoys going there, has made many friends and his behavior has improved dramatically. It has really helped me to have a daycare facility that treats my son with respect and as a little person learning to navigate his world rather than expecting him to fit in their box. They encourage the kids to be expressive and share their emotions and they have really special relationships with all the kids. I used to get anxiety dropping him off at his previous facility as they always had something bad to say about him but at Early Learning, they always highlight his strengths and work very closely with the parents to ensure everyone is on the same page. We love it here and highly recommend it. We will miss u all when he goes to kindergarten this year! :)

  My toddler has been attending for about a year now, since he was 15 months old. Thanks to the amazing educators, he has grown and developed so much. His speech has exploded since attending and he is well supported through whatever developmental phase he's going through (potty training, "NO I DO IT," etc.). The fact that he doesn't want to come home at the end of the day clearly signals to me that he likes being there. Early Learning Childcare Centre, particularly the Westwood Infant-Toddler Program has been consistently earned my trust. They use a very open communication and applied flexibility to meet the child and family's needs/desires. If you're looking for a play-based, independence-promoting, warm and caring centre, this is the one!
