It's always a great choice for a bad weather day, the staff is very nice and helpful, full of toys but not too crazy, very well organized and super clean. My 2yo loves it.

Great location, entrance way easy to get in, space is large. Not fond of the vibe. Its not the cleanest place. There's hair and dirt everywhere. However my feet at least don't come out black when I leave (no shoe policy). There are minimal toys I find to play with for baby. And it's dirty. Hair everywhere, bits and crumbs everywhere. I would at least like access to wipes to clean toys myself. They do have hand sanitizer available and automatic door for entry. Strollers are able to be kept inside as well. The staff are OK. I've seen worse and I've seen better. I personally find there is a lot of improvement that could be made.
