I have been to many East Side Mario’s but never experienced the service that this location offered us. Even on the Valentine’s Day there was no wait time, we were seated right away. Our server Asif was very much polite and enthusiastic, he made sure we’re introduced to the best sellers. Everything we ordered came right on time, was fresh, hot and delicious. Would definitely recommend this location for the good service and food.

I visited this East Side Mario’s location last weekend, and although I’ve been to plenty of East Sides before, this experience truly stood out. Our server, Asif, went above and beyond - he even stayed back to help (which made him late for dinner with his own daughter) because we were a large group of 20 (kids sports team). Asif was incredibly charismatic and attentive, making sure all our food orders were spot-on. He kept the refillable soups and salads coming as requested without needing any reminders. The service was exceptional, and we’d return without hesitation. It was such a fun & memorable dining experience - how often do you remember your servers name a week after your meal?

It’s a nice restaurant with good food and flavours. The portions are large, so sharing is a good idea if you’re not a big eater. However, the waiters can be slow and not very attentive. That’s the only quick improvement I’ve noticed.

First time been here. Soup and salad can be refilled if order an entree. Portion is ok and service is quick. Cost effective for a meal.

Nice and joyful place. Seems like a popular spot for families and kids. The atmosphere is full of life on a Saturday evening. Really enjoyed being there. The service was very good. Our waitresses were very nice and attentive. We tried the soups and fresh salads, both garden and caesar. We also had the linguine chicken amatriciana which was shy of average.
