  My son spent first 2 years of his life staying at home and meet nobody but my wife and I due to the pandemic. Plus we don't really speak English at home. We were quite nervous when my son went to Echo. However, the staff in this school showed incredible professionism and patience to guide and teach my son. Now he is outgoing and playful and I have to pursuade him stay with family during the weekend since he just love to go there everyday.

  My daughter has severe ADHD, apraxia and ASD and she has been attending Echo for almost 1.5 years now. Echo gave us a chance when no other daycare in Kelowna would care for our daughter due to her needs. They have been kind, professional, caring and attended to her every need. Their communication is daily, they listen to our concerns, they care for her like she is their own and we don’t know what we would have done without them. Special shout out to teacher Becky as she has been our daughters rock and second mom. Could not be more grateful for this facility and the staff. They go above and beyond for the children in their care. I recommend Echo to everyone and will for years to come.

  Unfortunately we had to cancel our registration with Echo Academy even before starting. About 3-4 months ago I had found a spot for my kid at Echo Academy and we paid the deposit and made the registration. They asked me if I have any preference about the classes and I said the only thing we want is that our kid join the smaller group of kid with younger age. Right before starting time, when I do not have any opportunity to find a child care, when I was at Echo to meet the teachers, I have found that my child is in the biggest class with older kids. The first impression was not in the way that I want to continue with this daycare knowing that not having a child care could have different negative conditions for us. The teacher who came for the introduction tried to convince me instead of asking if there is a reason for me to move my child to smaller class, she said all other classes are full and there is no other spot for my child. They asked me to give it a chance for the month of September but as I said the first impression was not good enough for me as a mother to send my child to this daycare.
