I've been coming to this dental office since I was a child. I remember back when Dr. Chan would have to trick me to open my mouth back when I was still scared of the dentist! Dr. Chan and all of the other staff members at the clinic have been so kind for as long as I can remember. I continue to come here even after I've moved further away. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this clinic!

I really appreciate how flexible they are with scheduling and that they always call a few days before each appointment as a reminder. The team is welcoming, professional, and incredibly patient with our little ones. Even though we live on the far east side of Durham and could go somewhere closer, we’ve stayed with them because of the great care and long-standing relationship. I have been seeing Dr. Chan for 20 years or so. Had my braces done by him as well. Dr. Chan is approachable and does answer every questions I have. He is great at what he does! The staff is amazing, very thorough when it comes to explaining coverages and claims. They are always willing to find an appointment that suits my schedule. Great service all around!

Love Dr. Janet Ho. The most gentle dentist I have experienced. My whole family goes to her. I noticed that I had some plaque that was hard to remove and she worked real hard to remove it. She had to stretch her wrist out a couple times and she was more worried about hurting me. Office staff is always so friendly. Thank you Dr Janet Ho do taking such gentle care of my teeth!
