It's not surprising that more and more people are feeling negative about the club. My son has been a part of it for four years, but unfortunately, there has been little to no improvement in the teams. The same issues persist—players are focused solely on scoring goals, with no emphasis on teamwork or passing, which results in constant losses. After much thought, I’ve decided to withdraw my son from the club. There’s a clear lack of proper coaching, guidance, and a structured approach to help players grow and improve. This has left my son feeling demotivated, both mentally and emotionally. He has lost his passion for the game and no longer wants to play, which is truly disappointing.

Our experience with Erin Mills Soccer Club has been disappointing. While the club provides structured training, the lack of organization and communication has significantly impacted our experience. There were multiple instances where important details—such as seating arrangements and coordination—were mishandled, leaving families frustrated. Additionally, parent concerns are not always addressed effectively, which diminishes the overall experience. The club has potential, but without improvements in management and responsiveness, it falls short of expectations.

Spent 15 years coaching with Clarkson soccer club, they don't believe in treating girls games like the boys games, all of boys games had referees girls games. We were lucky to have refereees but at this club they truly believe in equality. All of my girls games had referees and my older daughter has even linesman. I should have made the change to this club much earlier, very happy with this club. Arnold always goes above the call of duty, not to mention the conveners and everybody else involved in house league and winter indoor League. This is our new home now.

This is our son’s first season at Erin Mills (previously was at Brampton for 10 years). From the first phone call to registration, it was a pleasant experience, having any questions addressed and answered. Kit pick up was easy and I was pleased to see the kids received a home and an away jersey - even at rec level. The 5 on 5 game style is fun. The ref takes time to explain the game, and interacts with the kids in a mentoring manner. Coaching staff are doing their best having just met many of the players and I would say playing time for each player seems fair. Having moved from a Brampton team, which are known to have parents screaming/coaching their kids from the stands/sidelines etc., we’ve felt much less of this at Erin Mills. Our son looks forwards to his games this season!!

Very dirty and messy. Surprised there are more 1 star reviews. I was appaled at the state of the place. Garbage bins were overflowing. Things were everywhere and misplaced. I hope we don't have to play at this location again. I wish I got more pictures of the place, this one doesn't depict the issue well enough.
