They ordered a book for me that I never could have gotten in Canada, and had it shipped from Russia. It ended up costing $20 more than the original quoted price, but that was probably due to certain political events going on, rather than being the store’s fault. I’ll try them out again the next time I’m looking for something specific, but I wouldn’t go there just to browse.

Love this place. Started with buying books for my kid. I have been visiting this store for over 25 years. Now I am buying books for my grandson. The service is perfect. You can always buy some medicine there as well. Highly recomend visiting this store.

Small, quiet, and peaceful environment. Perfect for those who are in need of a less stimulating, calm, and sensory-friendly shopping atmosphere. I’ve been going here for years and I’ve always felt like I was coming to a spa every time! Highly recommend this place!

Came in to buy some Dovlatov and ended up walking out with more than a dozen books. I think out of the three Russian book stores we have (Troyka and Knigomania being the other two), this is the best one. I especially liked that the store has used books, an eclectic collection of classical literature, and fair prices. The person working there is also helpful and friendly!
