A few days ago I unfortunately broke my glasses and for the first time in a long time needed to get new ones. They were able to get me an appointment to pick a new pair very fast. When I went in for my appointment, the reception staff and the doctor were very helpful and made it obvious that the patient always comes first. The way that they were able to help me has made sure that I will be a long time patient of theirs.

Dr Sher...is the absolute Best..Nothing gets by him when it comes to eye health...He noticed something in 2023 which after 4 visits to Specs and sports has never been mentioned...and could have cost me dearly...Dr Sher I LOVE ❤️ 😍 💖 YOU!! he gets it..he makes you feel som comfortable..I will tell all my friends and family to go see him. Dr Sher could not correct my issue, but assured me it will be done in 2 to 3 weeks...and I just got the call and my issue will be addressed July 25... I appreciate you very much...Thank you

I came her because it came highly recommended by neighbours. The doctor is patient highly informative and very thorough. Sam who performs the scans and tests is great. I ordered my glasses with Steven and he was also very helpful. This place is busy but I was in and out very quickly unlike the experiences I’ve had with THE BIG eye institutions. The rest of my family will be making appointments here. Great Job Team!!!

Before scheduling an eye appointment for my mother-in-law, I called your clinic to confirm that eye exams are covered under OHIP for diabetic patients. I was told that they are indeed covered. However, upon arriving at the clinic, she was informed that she would still need to pay, despite her being diabetic and eligible for OHIP-covered eye exams. Additionally, my mother-in-law felt rushed during her visit, and due to her limited English proficiency, it seemed she wasn’t given the time or support needed to fully understand the situation. I understand that your clinic may not offer direct billing, but this was not clearly communicated during the initial call. What’s most concerning is the inconsistency between the information provided over the phone and what happened in person. It creates confusion and frustration, especially for patients who rely on accurate information to make informed decisions about their care. It also gives the impression that patient experience is not a priority, particularly when the clinic is busy. We would appreciate clarification on your policies regarding OHIP coverage for diabetic patients, and whether your staff is consistently trained to communicate this accurately.

I have been a patient since 2015, and I can confidently state that the quality of care provided by this establishment is exceptional. The staff exemplifies professionalism and dedication, warranting a rating far superior to five stars. I have consistently recommended their services to my family and friends, who have reported similarly positive experiences. I encourage the team to continue their exemplary work.
