Dr. Winter is very thorough and efficient. For him, 5 stars. My issue is an administrative issue. I received a letter from their office saying Seniors are covered for a complete eye exam every 18 months. I arrived, and was told that I needed to get an Iris scan @ $50. I said no, I wasn't interested in doing that. I tried to stay strong and say no, but was strongly pressured to get one at $50. I told them their letter to patients (Seniors) should be more clear, that the exam is covered, however, there is a charge of $50 for each visit for a mandatory Iris scan. So, Seniors, beware!!

I went in to see Dr. Maggisano for an eye exam. She was invaluable and very lovely—truly a professional! The office is also newly decorated from the last time I was there and looks modern and chic. I will be coming back again for my routine checkup in two years!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Maggisano and Dr. Winter for years. They’re both very kind, courteous, and thorough. On multiple occasions, Dr. Maggisano has caught small holes in my retina that have since been repaired. The staff are lovely, and the clinic has a great selection of glasses. Highly recommend! 😊

Visited last week for an eye exam and eye glasses, because like anyone else…I’m not getting any younger, and the small print, isn’t going away, any time soon. Dr Barry Winter was excellent. His bedside manner might not be ideal, but he is the consummate professional, who doesn’t beat around the bush. He tells you straight and doesn’t hide anything from you. He is knowledgeable and experienced. They have a nice selection of eyewear to choose from should it be necessary as well, which is smart…as most people don’t go to eye doctors when they can see just fine. I would recommend Dr Winter from this office. Both he, and the eye care technicians are pleasant, and know their specialty.
