We purchased multiple for our daycares. They have been fantastic. Easy to push and pull. The accessories are a huge help. They were easy to put together. We had a clip break, but Craig was quick to respond to our message and send out a replacement within 5 minutes of getting the message. Service is top notch ! Highly recommend.

I was looking into getting one for a while and I’m so glad I did. It’s a life changer. I have an autistic 4 year old who weighs over 65 pounds he loves to run away or not want to walk. I also have a grand baby as well as taking care of other children. This is great for All ages. The kids absolutely love it. I love it ☺️ Kitty approved too 😂

Absolutely love our wagon! We had a bit of an issue when I couldn't figure out how to get the canopy set up(bought the wagon in April, didn't need the canopy until now. May have lost the user manual), but when I messaged the online chat on Saturday, the CEO Craig emailed me right away and walked me through how to get it all set up. The customer service and product is amazing! Thank you so much!

I purchased the famileasy big guy for my home daycare. While I like the design and idea of this wagon, the parts are flimsy. I've had a lot of issues with the wheels falling off during use (with max 5 toddlers in it) Famileasy claims this is due to being put together incorrectly but I know another daycare provider in my neighborhood having the same issue. The bearings for two of the wheels have bent out of shape making it impossible to get the wheels back on. I contacted famileasy's customer service who told me to contact their warranty dept which I did. It took over a month to finally receive new bearings and they aren't even the right ones! I've reached out to famileasy's customer service and warranty dept numerous times to try and get the correct parts out with no response. Their after sales service is awful and I feel like I've wasted my money on an unreliable wagon.

Very unprofessional company, steer clear. From what we experienced, their business model appears to rely on collecting pre-orders first and only placing the supplier order once enough customers have paid. That means customers are being charged without a clear delivery timeline, essentially waiting on other people to pre-order before the product is even ordered. Under Ontario consumer protection laws, if goods aren’t delivered within the promised timeframe (or within 30 days if no date is given), consumers are entitled to cancel and receive a refund. That’s essentially what applied in our case. We were charged by FamilyEasy for a product that was never delivered. We asked either for a delivery date or a refund, and they couldn’t provide either and just kept saying it will be delivered and they will not issue a refund due to their website policy(thats invalid). Because the product was never received in nearly 2 months and no date was provided over multiple emails and sending URLs regarding consumer laws, we filed a chargeback with our credit card company and the dispute was resolved in our favour. They ended up blocking me from social media groups due to this dispute so I hope people can see this response when they are having the same issue
