I was a patient in 2023. Dr. Fiona was actually amazing. Really nice and chill. My only complaint is her receptionist lacked empathy. Idk if she still works there but she was rude at times. The worst part for me was when it came time to my 6 week pp check up, she told me I wasn't allowed to bring my exclusively breastfeed baby to the appointment. I had no where to leave her, and didn't have and didn't have a GP at the time. And I was still in pain. She said that I would not be allowed to come in if my baby was with me. I cried for weeks after that interaction. You would think that working with soon to be mothers, you would know how to talk hormonal mothers. Anyway, other than the receptionist, the dr was great.

Dr. Mcconville was my OB for both my pregnancies and if I have another baby, I'm definitely staying with her. She was always warm, patient with my endless questions, and made my partner and me feel at ease during our visits. The nurse and receptionist were also helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend, you're in good hands here!

I want to share my personal experience so other women with high-risk pregnancies feel encouraged to stay informed and proactive. During my pregnancy, I was diagnosed with placenta previa. In hindsight, I personally felt that my concerns about the condition and its potential risks were not addressed with the level of urgency and attention I had expected. My pregnancy ultimately resulted in an emergency life threatening C-section, which was a very traumatic and catastrophic experience for me. While I understand that medical outcomes may be unpredictable and every case is different, I left feeling that I would have benefited from more detailed discussions, closer and focused monitoring, and clearer communication and attention from the treating OBGYN about the potential risks associated with this deadly condition. If you are navigating a high-risk pregnancy, and choose this doctor, I would strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions, do your research, seek clarity about your care plan, standards of tests and imaging needs to be done and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the level of monitoring you are receiving. This is simply my personal experience, and sharing for awareness. All the best!

Dr Mcconville was my OBGYN. She was amazing, calm, reassuring, would answer all my concerns. Her receptionist were so pleasant to talk to as well. This was my first pregnancy with lot of complications and they were wonderful. If I would do all over again it will be with Dr Fiona’s office.

I had a truly wonderful experience with my obstetrician and her entire team from the beginning of my pregnancy through delivery and follow-ups. Dr. Fiona was always very friendly, caring, patient, and supportive at every visit. She listened to all my concerns and guided me with reassurance, which made me feel confident and comfortable throughout my journey. The clinic reception staff were also very polite, welcoming, and helpful every time I visited, making appointments and communication smooth and stress-free. My hospital experience was amazing. When my water broke early in the morning around 3:30 a.m., I was very tense and worried, but the hospital team took immediate action and handled everything quickly and professionally. Nurse Shanta supported me at that moment and kept reassuring me, which helped calm me down a lot. Her kindness and confidence made me feel safe and cared for. I especially want to express my deepest gratitude to Nurse Rachel. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and caring — I honestly think I have never met a nurse like her in my entire life. She took excellent care of me during labor and after delivery, and she also cared for my baby so lovingly. She was always friendly, supportive, and attentive, making both me and my baby feel comfortable and safe. I can only say that she truly embodies what a nurse means. I will always remember Rachel and how much she did for us — she made an unforgettable difference in my experience. I also want to thank Shanta, Jen, and the trainee nurse who worked with Rachel. They were all so sweet, attentive, and compassionate. My labor day will always remain a very special and memorable day in my heart. When my water broke on the day of my baby shower, Nurse Rachel and the trainee nurse even celebrated it in the hospital, which meant so much to me. Their thoughtfulness turned a stressful moment into a beautiful memory. The hospital team overall was amazing, and the environment was clean, organized, and welcoming. I am deeply grateful to Dr. Fiona, Nurse Rachel, the other nurses, reception staff, and the whole hospital team for their professionalism, compassion, and dedication to both me and my baby. I highly recommend them to any expecting mother looking for excellent, caring, and supportive care.
