  First milestone is an amazing day care! Look no further if you are looking for a clean daycare environment and caring staffs. As a first time mom, I was very nervous to bring my little kiddo to daycare, teachers and supervisor are so patience with me and my kid, they always comfort me whenever I needed, they guided me through what to expect and how to overcome all the challenges. This day care also has amazing daily activities and kids will surely love them. Last but not the least, foods are amazing there.

  My daughter has been attending First Milestones for six months now, and they have been nothing short of amazing since day one. A big shout-out to the Toddler 2 teachers—Ms. Cherry, Ms. Sheila, and Ms. Helena—and of course their supervisor, Mr. Ryan! Every morning, my daughter looks forward to going to school, and the smile on her face when I pick her up speaks for itself. The communication between teachers and parents is excellent. We receive daily photos, which give us a glimpse into what the children are doing at school. I also love that the kids are introduced to a new theme each week, exposing them to a wide range of topics while helping them build new vocabulary and skills. The centre is always clean and well-organized. The classrooms are colorful, bright, and filled with natural light from large windows. The outdoor playground is spacious, tidy, and equipped with plenty of toys for the children to enjoy. Another highlight is the onsite kitchen, where fresh meals are prepared daily. My daughter is a picky eater, but she has no problem finishing her food at school—something that truly impressed me. What really stands out to me is the balance between play-based learning and academic development. In addition, the centre offers French and music lessons, giving the children early exposure to languages and the arts—another huge plus! Thank you First Milestones for all the hearts and efforts you put in making this place a great start for the kids!

  We had a wonderful experience with First Milestones Daycare, especially in the Toddler 2 classroom. From the very beginning, the teachers made our family feel welcome and gave us peace of mind every day. The Toddler 2 teachers are caring, patient, and truly attentive. They created fun and engaging activities that helped my son grow in language, confidence, and social skills. We also saw how much kindness and empathy were encouraged in daily interactions, which made a big difference for us as parents. This is a place where children are not only cared for but also supported in learning and growing in meaningful ways. We’re very thankful to the Toddler 2 team and would highly recommend First Milestones to other families.

  We recently got in touch with First Milestones Education Child Care for a potential placement for our child, and our experience so far has been outstanding. The facility is brand new, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with state-of-the-art programs that truly stand out. One of the highlights is the food — all meals are homemade, and the quality is absolutely amazing. It honestly reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking, full of flavor and care, which is rare to find in a daycare setting. The teachers we met were warm, professional, and clearly dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for the children. It was reassuring to see how engaged and attentive they were. In addition, the management team was extremely responsive and accessible, taking the time to answer all of our questions and address our needs. Overall, we came away with a very positive impression and feel confident that this is a place where children are not only cared for but also given the opportunity to thrive.

  As a first-time mom, I was worried about finding a good daycare for my daughter. I looked through the reviews of many and was very lucky to have found a spot with First Milestones. I didn’t even do a tour of the facility at first and had enrolled my daughter based on the many positive feedback from parents. When I went to the tour, it was exactly as people described it. Very new, clean and well thought-of. On my daughter’s first attendance day, she didn’t even cry. I was the one who had tears and the teachers and management team knew it was hard on the parents too so with their communication and updates throughout the day, it gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed before retuning to work. I’m thankful for the teachers and management team. Ms. Shai, Mr. Ryan, Ms. Rinat and truly, everyone else you meet is so caring, thoughtful, responsive and nurturing. This is only our 3rd week attending but words can’t express how grateful I am for making this experience as smooth as possible!
