  My 5-year-old and 3-year-old sons have been attending First Roots and it has been an exceptional experience for our family. We began at First Roots shortly after my older son recovered from Covid-19 in 2021. At first, he was very shy and had difficulty adjusting to new environments. However, the teachers and staff at First Roots provided him with the love and care he needed to thrive. Their dedication and support were instrumental in helping my son develop confidence and adapt to school life. I had no hesitation in enrolling my younger son at First Roots as well, and over the past 3 years, I have witnessed the unwavering love and care they provide to all the children at the school. As my older son prepares to transition to public school this year, I am confident that the strong foundation and valuable lessons he received at First Roots will serve him well. I am immensely grateful to all the teachers, staffs and admins ❤️

  My son attended preschool at First Roots for a year. My child enjoyed it happily thanks to the friendly office staff and teachers. The teachers and parents communicated with each other to help my child adapt well. I was also satisfied with the clean facilities, various activities, and delicious food.   Daughter attended infant and toddler programs. If it weren't for our commute circumstances, we would've stayed!! Especially now that I have something else to compare to, I want to recommend / reassure other parents who are considering. I have been in those shoes needing to decide under waitlist pressures! The most important is that I knew my child genuinely enjoyed her time under their care through her demeanor at drop offs and pick ups. The teachers were all very sweet and creative in their lessons. The operational side in terms of communication between parents and staff were very timely and clear through just one app and you could see food intake/pictures throughout the day. The facilities were also very bright, clean, and spacious. I also felt safe knowing each parent/child has their own security code to enter. The in-house food was seriously the extra load of cherry on top, I have been around lunch time and would want to stay and eat too.

  We are truly saddened by the recent tragedy. At the same time, we are deeply grateful to all the teachers and staff whose care and dedication allowed our twins to grow with joy and health here. They have now graduated and moved on to Grade 1, but this school will always remain close to our hearts, a place we’ll always want to stop by and say hello.   I wanted to leave a positive review about the Kindergarten My daughter has been attending for almost two years. The teachers are wonderful and truly dedicated to the growth and development of the children. The curriculum is interesting and well organized, giving the children a solid foundation. In addition, the reception is warm and welcoming and every visit is enjoyable. We also appreciate the excellent lunches provided, which are nutritious and delicious. Overall, we are very happy with our experience here! Above all, the communication between the teachers and parents is excellent and we appreciate the regular updates on our child's progress.
