The atmosphere at the center is always so positive and warm — it's truly a nurturing environment. All the teachers we've met have been wonderful, but I especially want to mention the amazing teachers in Toddler 4. Ms. Rehana is incredibly warm and caring — she has a motherly touch and pays close attention to each child's needs. You can tell she truly loves the children. Ms. Shanna is also fantastic. She's great at guiding the kids with clear instructions and helps them learn to solve problems through communication. She creates a respectful and supportive environment where children can grow and thrive. We feel so lucky to be part of this community!

My twin boys have been attending this daycare since their toddler room days, and now as they’re finishing up in the preschool room, I can confidently say we’ve had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the teachers have shown genuine care and attention toward both of my sons. In the toddler room, the staff created a warm, nurturing environment that helped ease the transition from home. They were patient, attentive, and always willing to share updates, which gave me great peace of mind. Now in the preschool room, the growth in my boys has been amazing to watch. The teachers here go above and beyond—not just meeting their basic needs, but also helping them learn, socialize, and grow emotionally. It’s clear that both rooms are staffed with educators who truly love what they do and care about the kids in their care. We feel lucky to have found such a supportive and caring place for this important stage in our children’s lives. Highly recommend!

We had such a great experience at First Smiles! My daughter was in the infant room from 12 to 18 months, and the only reason we left was to move her into a full-time French program (though they do bring in a French teacher a few times a week, and my daughter loved those sessions!). The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. They made me feel so comfortable as a first-time mom and were always happy to answer my many questions. They use an app to keep you updated with photos, meal and diaper info, and daily notes, and communication was super easy. They're also part of CWELCC, so the fees were very affordable. Highly recommend this center to any parent. So much love and care goes into everything they do!

We’ve been with First Smile Daycare for about six months now, and I couldn’t be happier. The teachers are so kind, caring, and truly connect with the kids. My child feels safe, happy, and excited to go every day. The management is also very organized and responsive, which gives me so much peace of mind as a parent. I’m really grateful we found this place – highly recommend it to other families!
